The materials for a steel roof include truss beams, purlins, and roofing panels. For buildings located in humid or coastal areas, hot-dip galvanized materials are recommended. The roofing panels can be made of aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheets, color-coated steel sheets, or sandwich panels. Among these, color-coated steel sheets offer the best cost performance, aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheets have the longest service life, and sandwich panels provide the best thermal insulation performance. 3: Installation Process
The space grid structure is connected to concrete or steel columns through its supports. All steel components are prefabricated and assembled using high-strength bolts to connect the chord and web members. Installation can be carried out on the ground and then lifted into position, or assembled directly in the air.
