SKD is a special production model of vehicles, namely Semi Knocked Down assembly. The advantage of this model lies in its ability to effectively reduce transportation costs and logistics risks. The SKD workshop also plays a very important role in this process.

A well-planned layout determines the production efficiency of vehicles. As a type of prefabricated steel building, we usually select brand-new, high-performance steel as the raw material. Modern laser cutting and welding equipment ensure both precision and strength requirements are met. Corrosion protection is equally important for a Vehicle SKD workshop, and excellent anti-corrosion performance of the steel components is a necessary condition. The enclosure system is also a key part of the workshop; we typically choose insulated sandwich panels as the first option, ensuring reliable thermal performance and a service life of more than 50 years.

Normally, 40HQ containers and break-bulk shipping can be selected.
 
Vehicle SKD workshop installation
Prefabricated steel buildings are usually composed of thousands of steel components. After each component is manufactured and inspected to be qualified, it will be coded and sprayed. The component code is unique and can be connected with bolts according to the installation drawings during installation, greatly reducing installation time and making it as simple as building blocks. Of course, we will dispatch engineers to assist with the installation work of the project, and also provide free training to the local installation team to ensure the smooth completion of the installation work.
